The Action for the Development of Youth (ADJ) is an apolitical, non-profit create 14 September 2008 by a group of young Togolese. It aims to contribute to the promotion, development, and integration of youth in our society.
It also promotes the mixing of cultures through camps and national and international works in the field of health, education, culture and environment through various programs.
So you are students, teachers, students, staff, retirees assets you wish to search the ground in a rural or urban. You have a passion for development, humanitarian aid in general, enthusiasm and patience, you have a little time and experience can be used for the development of others, you want to participate actively in the development of rural communities and change something else and give new meaning to your life and act for the development of young people and especially of women and helping needy children in their education and development through sponsorship in the context of tutoring.

DESCRIPTION OF SITES
Period: From 04 to 19 July 2009
Location: Agbélouvé: Village located 40 km from Lomé
AWARENESS - AIDS
Every day 1000 young people are infected with STIs, and about 1000000 and young adolescents are infected with HIV.
In
It AGBELOUVE who host the volunteers who, during 15 days of holding awareness days on the dangers of STIs and AIDS. Topics can lead people to adopt responsible sexual behavior including:
• Practicing abstinence to delay the onset of sexual activity
• Use condoms and especially proper and regular
• Making voluntary and anonymous testing to know their status and act accordingly
• Dialogue between parents and children on issues related to sex education.
NB: As part of our workshops to raise awareness of HIV / AIDS, we do collect condoms and documents on the protection against the disease.
We therefore urge the volunteers to collect if possible to help us in this action.
SITE 2: TOURISM AND RECREATION

PERIOD: From 24 to 31 July 2009
LOCATION: Kpalimé
DESCRIPTION: Located At 120 km from Lomé, Kpalimé is part of the Plateaux region whose chief town of the prefecture Kloto. Kpalimé region is known for its mild climate, the best of all
DRAFT PROGRAM
DAY 1: Lomé
In the morning, making contact with your guide. In the afternoon, discovery of Lomé and the surrounding area: the handicraft center, the museum, the fetish market, the suburbs ... In the evening, a demonstration of African dance.
DAY 2: Departure for Kpalimé
Already on hand at 8:30 for Kpalimé. 10H Approximately one is already at the destination. In the afternoon, the chat discussion.
There will be no great thing to do.
DAY 3: Kpalimé
discovery around Kpalimé with its very picturesque farms.
DAY 4: Kpalimé
Visit the handicraft center and the general market Kpalimé the morning. In the evening, evening Jembe percussion, traditional dance plus other entertainment.
DAY 5: Kpalimé
A walk on the highest mountain of Togo (Agou peak) of about 900m above sea level, discovery of the monument to the martyrs; Spirit Cathedral st; Kloto camp.
DAY 6: Kpalimé
Free time and shopping.
DAY 7: Back in Lomé
Walk and visit some places in the after-noon.

PERIOD: From 10 to 29 August 2008
LOCATION:
Volunteers give courses in Mathematics, Physics, English and French classes for 6th in 2nd (2nd A and S).
For younger children, ie children of primary school, the focus will be on play activities (animation + games) not to ignore the atmosphere of the summer holidays. Courses are offered mornings only from 7:30 am to 11 am 00, with a break of 30 minutes. No skill is required for volunteers who wish to participate in tutoring.
NB: We invite all volunteers who may (without any obligation of course!), To collect a few supplies (pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, markers, notebooks, books, etc. ..) for us assist in this action.
As part of our yard Tutor, we are collecting school supplies that we redistribute to students at the end of the course to encourage this and allow them to resume the new academic year with joy

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The volunteer must:
Be 18 years of age and be covered by insurance.
Being able to pay the costs of the site.
